It would be very helpful to have the operators "greater than" or "less than" when conducting queries, especially when querying dates. It would also be nice to have the option to search on "contains". Its hard to find items only based on begins with or equals. I might know a street name and the city, but not the exact address or how it was entered into the system.

In Query (both Patron and Catalog) we should be able to choose the fields we want exported to Excel. We don't need most of the fields you get with All, but we usually need more than just the visible fields.
KLAS should track who last modified a record in Catalog and Patron modules. It would be very helpful to have Staff Productivity statistics similar to what you have for Titles Reserved and Books Assigned. It would also be helpful to solve problems when we can tell who made the last modification.
